Dukan Diet, Day 3 - week 1

One thing that the Dukan Diet outlines is that you must weigh yourself constantly. I decided to weigh myself on the 3rd day and wahey, I seem to have lost 1 pound. I know it's not much yet, but in 2 days that sounds like success to me. As silly as it seems, I feel motivated.

Tonight for dinner, I will be trying Portuguese style Piri Piri chicken. I got this from www.dukandietrecipes.co.uk
